At The Clinic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty regimen; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that are unopened or gently used. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain clinical tools and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original clinical packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
